NOTES:

(2) ACS must be appointed Company Secretary and provide the registered office address.
(3) A deposit of USD300 will be held by the Company Secretary to cover future disbursements or any fines that may be levied against the Company. The deposit is refundable (net of any disbursements or fines) upon cessation of services.
(4) ACS will make an introduction to a bank in Hong Kong and arrange a meeting for the Company to open a bank account. ACS will not attend the meeting or follow up with the bank after the meeting unless required to do so (additional charges would apply).
(5) ID and residential address proof of shareholders and directors are required.
(6) An additional fee of USD150 will be added to first years fee if the shareholder is a Company and that Company is not administered by ACS.
(7) A capital fee will be collected and paid to the Hong Kong Government if the Authorised Share Capital of a Hong Kong Company exceeds HKD10,000 (HKD1.00 for every HKD1,000 additional authorised capital or part thereof.)
(8) The provision of services is governed by our standard Management Services Agreement. A copy is available on request.
